Scheduling and Financial Arrangements

Please feel free to contact our office for additional information. Our
office staff will answer questions and will assist you in scheduling
appointments.

Fees are reasonable and customary for the services provided. Most
of our associates are network providers for a number of major
insurance plans. As a courtesy, we can contact your insurance
company to obtain information about your coverage for our
services. We also will provide the courtesy of filing the insurance
claims.

Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered unless
arrangements have been approved in advance by our staff. We
accept cash, check, Mastercard and Visa.

For those who may find the cost of counseling prohibitive, we are
pleased to offer the services of registered mental health counselor
interns who provide counseling at a reduced rate of the usual fees.
The interns have completed their graduate programs and are working
towards their licensure under the supervision of licensed clinicians in
their field.
